TERRA-S Industrie
All slow-moving vehicles on wheels, where a preventative use of tyre sealant is possible, can benefit from the use of TERRA-S Industrie. Let’s think about farmers with big tractors or companies with lots of heavy machinery on wheels: construction machines, forest industry, forklifts, trailers, etc.
All of those tyres could go flat at any moment. It is expensive to replace a tyre and a massive undertaking to have to change one. Plus, fixing that flat will always cost you more than treating your tyres preventatively in order to avoid the puncture. Just picture a big tractor with a flat in the middle of a big field at the end of a rainy day. How can you avoid the massive undertaking of taking care of that incident?

How Does TERRA-S Industrie Work?
TERRA-S Industrie is based on a different technology as the one used in the tyre repair kits. It repairs flats with a mechanical seal, meaning physical particles actually plug up the hole. There is no chemical reaction at the puncture site. These physical particles are a combination of long and short fibers, as well as rubber particles (those little black bits you see mixed in with the blue).
The sealing process is fairly simple. When the tyres are rotating, the sealant evenly coats the inside of the tyre, continuously protecting the whole tyre tread.
Imagine you are blowing up a balloon. Just as you go to tie the end, you accidentally let go and all the air whooshes out of the neck of the balloon. We take advantage of this same process. When your tyre gets a puncture, and all the air starts whooshing out, it pulls the Industrie sealant toward the hole, where the physical particles intertwine to form a long-lasting plug that will close the puncture.

How to Use TERRA-S Industrie
Whether you already suffered a puncture or you are treating a new tyre preventatively, the process is the same: let the air out of the tyre, dismount the valve core with the tool included in the cap, simply squeeze the prescribed sealant amount into the tyre, screw the valve core in again and then inflate back to the recommended pressure for your tyre.
